Service Description

YourVoice.ie is a civic engagement platform that provides a technical interface to facilitate communication between members of the public and their elected political representatives in Ireland.

Purpose

This service exists to support the exercise of the fundamental democratic right to petition, as protected under Article 44 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. It is tailored for the use of grassroots movements and has no affiliation with the Government of Ireland.

Jurisdiction

This service operates under the laws of Ireland and the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
